Brain Injuries from Car Accidents

The majority of brain injuries in the United States are a result of an automobile accident.

There is not always a visible or open wound to the head when there is a brain trauma. Also when a your head is moving 55 mph then suddenly stops the force involved in the crash causes the brain to collide with the interior of the skull which is made of bone.
